About me.

My father is a fine artist and my mother is in high end hospitality. This meant that my whole life I’ve been surrounded by beautiful paintings, great chefs, creative people and delicious things. As children, painting and drawing was taken to the next level in our dad’s studio and my brother and I have been cooking since we were tall enough to reach the counter on stools. Everyone thought for sure I would be an artist as I loved to draw, paint, discover and create. Taking some time off after high school, I found myself in the hospitality business looking for a plan. After a few years I realized that the pastry department combined all that I have ever known – beautiful creations, fresh quality ingredients and superb flavour. By day I work the pastry station and by night I bake and create F*in Great Cakes in the hope to take your next celebration to the next level.
